Handmade and customized products may require additional processing time. The estimated dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the product page.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available for select products and locations.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photographs or videos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish that are characteristic of handmade products.
Please note that handcrafted items may have slight imperfections that add to their uniqueness and are not considered defects.

A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, customers may be offered store credit or a refund at our discretion.
